Create

Acquire builds a teacher who works differently. Deepen builds a teacher who rebuilds a unit and proves with student evidence that it worked. Create builds a teacher who changes how a group of colleagues work, and proves the change held after they stopped pushing it.

Every participant designs, runs, measures and documents a six-week practice change with at least four colleagues at their own school. One funded place therefore reaches five teachers or more, and leaves behind a documented intervention that a different person can run.

Duration: 24 hours. Eight sessions of three hours, across eleven weeks.
Delivery: At our premises, with participants drawn from several schools. The only course in the program not delivered on a single campus.
Entry: Completion of Deepen. Every Deepen completer is eligible; the sponsoring school or organization decides who to enroll.
Field work: A six-week pilot with colleagues, running inside the course, with scheduled sessions inside that window.
Language: Mixed cohorts. Pilot material is produced in the language of instruction of the school where the pilot runs.
Certification: A certificate of completion, issued on an accepted final submission. Not on attendance.

Why this course is pooled

Acquire and Deepen run inside a single school with that school's teachers only. Create does not, and the difference is deliberate. Participants are designing something meant to work in a setting other than the one that produced it, and the only honest test of that is a colleague from a different school who tries to run it without shared context and without the designer in the room. That test happens three times during the course.

What each participant holds on completion

An evidenced account of how a group of colleagues actually worked before the intervention, measured rather than asserted.
A designed practice change for a named group of at least four teachers, scoped to the authority the participant actually holds and agreed in writing by everyone taking part.
The full set of materials those colleagues used, tested cold on a reader from another school and revised on what confused them.
Facilitation notes for the sessions they ran, including what they expected to go wrong and what they did when it did.
A measurement design with a threshold set before the pilot started, and the evidence collected against it.
The record of what colleagues actually did over six weeks, set against what the design assumed they would do.
The revised intervention, changed only where the evidence justified it, in a version that runs without the designer present.
A cost record: their own hours, their colleagues’ hours, and what the intervention returned for the time it consumed.

Alongside these, each participant can lead a change in practice among adults who did not ask for it, and can tell whether it worked from what those adults produced rather than from what they said about it.

What the sponsor gets

A tested intervention that ran at the participant's own school, with real colleagues and measured results, that stays with the school afterward.
Reach beyond the funded place. Each participant works with at least four colleagues, so a cohort of fifteen touches seventy-five teachers or more.
Documentation written so that a person who was not involved can run the same intervention again.
Internal capability to lead AI practice development without further external delivery.

What the participant’s school provides

Release for eight three-hour sessions across eleven weeks, off campus. Colleagues who are free to take part in the six-week pilot and free to decline it. And whatever approval the intervention design requires; participants map this in the first session and design inside it, so most pilots need nothing beyond the agreement of the colleagues taking part.

How this is sold

Course details and pricing are by quotation. We deliver this course to teams, not as an individual enrollment.
