Anything about a certificate
Certificate inquiries go to a separate address deliberately. If someone is checking a credential and cannot verify it, that is time-critical and we do not want it queued behind general mail. Quote the certificate ID.
Access to the assessment
Register interest on the assessment site itself. The form there asks for your sector, which is what determines the track, so it reaches the right person already answered.
