How a school engages

The master training agreement

Schools sign a single agreement covering the assessment and any training that follows. The assessment is provided at no separate charge under that agreement, and so is reassessment after training.

Under the agreement the school is issued access codes and distributes them to its teachers. Entering a code starts the assessment on the right track automatically, so there is nothing for a teacher to choose and nothing for the school to configure.

Students and parents, not only teachers

The assessment now has tracks for the rest of the school community. Three student tracks, by grade band, measure AI literacy from Grade 3 to Grade 12, with the youngest band administered read-aloud in class. A parents and caregivers track measures the household: what a parent understands, how they evaluate what a tool tells their child, and the rules the family actually keeps. All four are in expert review and are not yet sold; a school that wants the pilot cohort should say so when it registers interest.

What the school receives

• A faculty-level competency profile by domain, at baseline and on completion.
• A documented, reviewable statement of AI use from every teacher who completes, suitable for parent and board communication.
• The completion list, and of those, who is eligible to continue.
• A shared standard of practice in place of individual improvisation.
