Who you are dealing with
American Institute of Business & Technology is the issuing body: it designs the assessments and the courses, and it is the name on every certificate. The platforms at aica.americanibt.com and learn.americanibt.com are operated by AZRE Consulting LLC, which is also the counterparty on a purchase and the name that appears on a card statement.
Why both names appear
Buying a course
Courses are sold and delivered on learn.americanibt.com. Enrolling there means accepting the platform terms, which govern your purchase, your access period and your use of the course material. Where they and this page differ, the platform terms are the ones that apply to your transaction.
Credentials
Certificates are issued to a named individual on submitted work. They are not transferable. Misrepresenting a credential, including altering a certificate ID or claiming a credential not issued to you, voids it.
Assessment access
Access codes are issued to an organization and are for use by the people that organization nominates. Sharing, reselling or publishing a code is not permitted, and a code found in circulation is revoked.
Framework references
Our assessments report against published competency frameworks. Alignment to a framework is not certification by the body that published it. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, UNESCO, the U.S. Department of Labor, or any other framework author.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. That does not remove protections your own country gives you as a consumer and does not require you to waive them.
