Refund Policy
Self-serve courses
Courses bought on the learning platform are not refunded once enrolled. That is deliberate and it is paired with something: the first module of every course is free, in full. You work through the lesson, the assessment and the reflection before you are asked to pay anything, so you know exactly what you are buying.
For Business Process Optimization, that free first module is the operational diagnosis. If the course is not for you, you simply do not enroll.
The platform policy is the one that applies
Access expires 90 days after enrollment. If you need more time, ask before it lapses. We would rather extend you than have you not finish.
Institutional engagements
Cancellation and rescheduling terms for cohort-delivered programs are set in the master training agreement, because they depend on notice period, travel already committed and facilitator scheduling.
Assessment access codes
Access codes are issued to an organization under its engagement terms. They are not currently sold to individuals, so there is no individual purchase to refund.
